Tashi comes to Earth when his friend is killed at Roswell in 1947. After a meeting with the US president, Tashi volunteers to stay on Earth to learn more about the society and politics. Much later when Earth is threatened with a catastrophe, Tashi devises a plan to save millions of Earthlings from certain death. He prepares a planet for them.
